Loading Zone Moorage Permit

Due to ongoing misuse and abuse by the public at large, the Fisherman’s Quay has implemented a permit system for loading zone moorage of boats for skippers doing business at the Fisherman’s Quay facility. Violation of policy rules will result in cancellation of permit privileges.

Upon approval of this application, you will be issued a permit number and laminated permit document which must be prominently displayed in your vessel’s dock-facing window when moored at the FQ loading zone. Moorage is not allowed without a permit displayed. Be advised that some boats, due to size and power, are not suitable for moorage at our light duty float and dock facility and will therefore not be issued permits.

In exchange for the privilege of short-term loading zone moorage at the Fisherman’s Quay, I agree to the following terms of use.

No smoking anywhere around the facility, including on boat while moored at the FQ. No garbage or debris will be left on the FQ premises or put into FQ or LFS dumpsters. No off-leash pets allowed on the premises, animal waste cleaned up immediately. Loading Zone privilege used responsibly. Minimize time so others may access. Moorage use ONLY while doing business at the FQ facility. No shopping offsite etc. No moorage outside of LFS hours of operation—UNLESS an FQ tenant.
